As my computer slowed to a crawl and my mouse began rebelling against my wishes I was just about to start internally whining when a nudge inside stopped me...
Thank you, Holy Father, that I have such trivial things annoying me.
Thank you for the tiny problems, inconveniences and discomforts that fill my day when so many are struggling to survive.
There are thousands of heroes risking their lives, facing isolation and privation to help others.
There are millions hearing a sniffle or cough from a loved one and sending up urgent prayers.
Thank you for the reminders the frequent sirens outside my apartment provide and, dear Lord, please keep them safe, strong and healthy.
Praying for all of us to come through this together once more.
